Rated up to 24,000 lbs, TuffGear is overbuilt where it counts. It comes standard with a 98″ reach pole made from Schedule 40 pipe (also available in Schedule 80 or 100″ for longer loads over 20′). It’s the kind of durability you’ll notice when you’re still rolling after a few more “last bales.”

TuffGear doesn’t flinch under pressure—because we don’t cut corners in the shop. Every gear is constructed from high-strength A-36 steel, precision-welded, and finished with a weather-tough, two-part polyurethane coating applied electrostatically for maximum durability.

Extendable tongue for easy hookup and varying towing lengths.
Automotive-style front steering assembly for a straight ride.
2-1/2” reach pole with either schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe for hauling heavy loads.
Heavy-duty mounting brackets for securely attaching wagon body.
Heavy-duty axle cross members for handling loads up to 24,000 lbs.
Heavy-duty connecting bolt with stops on either side to ensure you can’t over turn.
15×8 or 15×10 rims with valve stem guards.
